Professor Wang Bin, Director of Dept. of Meteorology of University of Hawaii, and also Chief of Working Group on Asia-Australia Moosoon of International Pacific Research Center, was invited to ESPRE and gave a presentation on “Prediction of Western North Pacific (WNP) Subtropical High” on May 18^th, 2012. The report was moderated by Professor Dong Wenjie, Deputy Director of ESPRE and Standing Vice President of College of Global Change and Earth System Science. More than 40 faculties and students from ESPRE, ADREM, College of Global Change and Earth System Science and School of Geography attended the event.
