ESPRE will be set up in the North Block of Incubation Building of BNU Science and Technology Park, with a total floorage of 3,000 m² so that the in-house equipment for the 4 research themes will be spatially centralized for integration.

The lab consists of experiment center and simulation center, and 6 field experimental bases in Fangshan (Beijing), Heshan (Heilongjiang province), Huanghua (Hebei province), Huailai (Hebei province), Taipusiqi (Inner Mongolia), and Jingbian (Shanxi province) with more than 862 sets of instruments and equipments with a total value of 49.6 million RMB Yuan, in which 34 larger scale equipments with the value of more than 300 thousand RMB Yuan.
