On January 16, 2011, the Annual Session of ESPRE Academic Committee 2010 was convened in the third meeting room (Rm. 314) of the Main Building of Beijing Normal University. Academician An Zhisheng, Chairman of the Academic Committee, chaired the meeting at which 25 persons were present.

During the meeting, the second term of academic committee was founded and ten committee members were elected and received the appointment paper by the CPC Secretary Liu Chuansheng of Beijing Normal University (BNU).

ESPRE Director, Prof. Shi Peijun delivered 2010 Annual Work Report and present the draft of adjustment of research divisions and teams. Academic Committee members provided suggestions on the adjustment and further clarified the key tasks of the lab in 2011 as well as the following five years.
